Our “KIDS KOUNT” program, now in its 24th year, has provided gifts to children who have a parent in the Marathon County Jail over the Christmas season. These gifts are purchased through the generosity of many people.

89Q Radio (WCLQ) is again assisting us with promoting a toy drive to collect presents for these children. Although the 89Q listeners have been generous with their toy donation, there are times when we fall short, and have to purchase additional toys to meet the need.
So we welcome donations to help us with these purchases, along with wrapping supplies. We are still in need of funding to purchase gift cards for teenagers as well, since we rarely receive donations geared toward their age group. If you'd like to help, click here to donate.
To distribute the toys, we need volunteers to make it all happen. We have opportunities for for wrapping the gifts, and also we need volunteers to deliver the gifts to the children. Participating in this event can be very rewarding!
